GExperts: In Delphi parlance plug-ins are called experts. GExperts is by far the most useful set of experts available.
Inno Setup: The freeware setup compiler (also check.the third party SetACL.exe for setting permissions). Jordan Russell also offers an excellent toolbar library.
Graphics 32: A nice DIB encapsulation by Alex Denissov with additional features.
DelForExp: An expert that reformats sourcecode. No source.

HTMLViewer: Native Delphi replacement for the bloated Internet Explorer.
VCLZip: Simple to use, works great.
DBISam: A BDE / Paradox replacement. No sourcecode, but the BDE doesn't come with sourcecode either, nor would I want to fix low-level database routines myself.
TRichView: Promising word processing component, suitable for HTML. I like it better than WPTools.
AddictSpell: One of the two native Delphi spell checkers. The dictionaries are not as good as with the other one, but AddictSpell is very stable and easy to customize.
ElPack by Eugene Mayevski: I use the treeview component that does multiple columns.
J-Write: A set of flat text editing components. I use the buffered textfile stream a lot because it's so fast. Also check out the merge module for Firebird.
TSyntaxMemo:.It's the best there is. Unfortunately no longer supported.
IMS: The Internet Mail Suite by ArchoSoft. I've started moving to Indy though.
CoolDev: Features CoolMenus and CoolControls.
ModelMaker Tools: A tools company. I use their Code Explorer to refactor code.

Delphi Gems Homepage: An incredible collection by Mike Lischke. Includes the GraphicEx image library, Windows XP Theme Manager, a Unicode library, and much more.

HiComponents: The ImageEN components look like an encridebly good deal.
Smooth Components: Smooth painting of 2d and 3D text, as well as of clipart, by Herbert Haas.
Electro Concept Mauricie: The PlusMemo (syntax highlighted editing).
Dream Company: The syntax highlighting Dream Editor - not to be confused with Dream Edit - for both Windows and Linux. (This used to be the The Easy Editor of Soford - Software For Developers?). Other interesting components too. Needed three months before offering D7 support.
PlasmaTech: Shell components set.
Jam-Software: Another shell components set.
Shell+ Components: An easy way to extend the Windows shell. Includes components for namespace extensions!
TMS: Apart from nice grid components, they also offer a wrapper for the Windows CAB DLL, a parameter list, calendar and planning components, and components for updating from the web.
Billenium Effects: A form container that supports effects. Also offers Citadel, a Delphi form compression component.
Andronov Igor: Some really cool transparant components.
Almediadev: Skinning components.
Project Jedi: Nice Jedi Code Library, although this project is perhaps better known for the Win32 API translations. Also, the amazingly comprehensive BUPack components donated by Sebastien Buysse, including skinning components.
llionsoft: Offers the PDF enginge llPDFLib.
WPTools: Until TRichView I used WPTools. The wPDF engine looks interesting.
Unicode Controls: A complete replacement for the Delphi controls.

Code Central: Library of code snippets.
Deborah Pate's Pages: Automation with Delphi.

The Delphi companion: Straightforward index to many Delphi components.
